This research explores understandings of workplace bullying and harassment and how it should be dealt with. Looking at private and public dimensions, it seeks to explore the fit between the nature of bullying and harassment and the nature of mediation. It offers a framework to help facilitate discussion and understanding of the appropriateness of the use of mediation in workplace bullying and harassment and its implications for fairness.
